I currently live in Humboldt County, California but have had the privilege of living and working in both Connecticut and Florida so maintain the ability to connect with people from across the country.

I bring over a decade of experience from diverse settings, including child welfare, juvenile justice, and services for adults and seniors, individual, group, and family therapy. My expertise is empowering individuals to move beyond trauma, anxiety, and depression toward a life of clarity and emotional well-being. I obtained my Undergraduate degree from Western New England University and my MSW (Master of Social Work) from Simmons University in Boston, MA, and I am proud to offer therapy services in both English and Spanish.
